Investigative Process

Detective Rob Disario will implement his investigative process to plan and implement a defense strategy: first review discovery documents and previous testimony; locate and interview witnesses; evaluate scene of event(s); submit a detailed, thorough report; support your firm at trial. During the process your firm will be updated via Suburban's Secure Database.

CPCS Approved Vendor

Suburban is an approved vendor for the Council for Public Counsel Services (CPCS). Detective Rob Disario has experience working with court appointed attorneys to review the commonwealth's evidence, locate witnesses, conduct interviews and build a defense. Rob will put his years of experience in the public sector to identify possible investigative missteps made by prosecutions witnesses.

Suburban keeps every client up to date with the progress of their case by using Suburban's secure, web-based network. As a client you'll create a log-on to access secure pages dedicated to you and your company. You'll receive consistent updates and be able to access information, reports, photo's, video or any other evidence prepared by Suburban Investigators twenty four hours a day, seven days a week.
